The Town of Stratford has initiated its Warming Center protocol upon receiving a Cold Weather Advisory notice from the State of Connecticut. This protocol is in effect through 12:00 pm on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
This protocol will provide residents mass information regarding personal cold weather protection, contact information for longer-term sheltering, warming center locations, and updates. All warming centers will be posted and updated under the State of Connecticut WebEOC site and network.
For immediate long-term and overnight sheltering, residents should contact the 211 system by dialing 2-1-1.
