Route 113 remains closed from Access Road to Oak Bluff Avenue due to a sinkhole. The airport is open and operating normally.
According to CTDOT, contractors and equipment will be in place by the end of this week, with bypass pipe installation beginning next week and expected to take about two weeks. Permanent repairs will follow. There is no estimated completion date yet—an update will be shared once the design is finalized with the contractor. Please note, the road will not reopen in time for the July 2 fireworks.
