Land Use Meetings Information

 The Office of Planning and Zoning has provided links below to information relating the Stratford's Land Use Boards. On this page, you may review upcoming applications, notices, agendas and some meeting recordings. Please call our office with requests for inquiries.

Note: All new applications being submitted must be made by scheduling an appointment by calling the office at (203) 385-4017.

Applications and information on upcoming public meetings will be posted to this page. Meeting dates can be found under the "Meeting Schedules" tab. All meeting materials will be posted a minimum of 7 days prior to the scheduled meeting. To review an application digitally, click on "Applications" tab, select the appropriate board/commission, the appropriate calendar year, then month.
