Town Wide Musical Play              514060     Section 02

We will be performing our fourth annual town-wide play. It will be a family-friendly show.  The play will be held on January 11 and 12, 2019. Auditions for actors, singers and dancers will be held September 19 and 27 at 6:00 pm at the Birdseye Complex.  Please be prepared to read from the script and perform a vocal selection of your choice, as well as perform choreography.  The play is for adults and youth in grade 5 and up. The fee is $100 per actor, which can be offset by selling ads.  Please contact the Recreation Department if you need more information regarding auditions or rehearsals.

Youth in grades 1-4 may audition to be a background actor or part of the youth ensemble. The youth in these parts will have two weeks of rehearsal only, plus tech week. There is no fee however each youth actor is required to sell a full page ad or two half page ads for the playbill.

We are also looking for volunteers for backstage help with sets, costumes, props, lighting, music, marketing, etc.
