Community Sites Reduced Schedules and Facility Closures
March 30, 2020
This is list of known closures and cancellations to date.

All Town buildings are closed to the public.
and Commission Meetings scheduled for this week are CANCELED.
All Stratford Public Schools are CLOSED until further
Non-essential meetings and programs will be cancelled/rescheduled. Energy Assistance applications will be taken by phone. ABCD is closed and will not be processing applications.
South End Community Center
K6 After School Program and ABCD Head Start are suspended. The Tax Program will no longer be taking drop-off applications until further notice. Clients who have appointments for April should call on April 1st to check on the status of their appointment. Food pantry is no longer client choice, and clients will receive a prepared bag of food.
Baldwin Center/Senior Services
All programs, classes and special events, including the C.A.R.E.S. Adult Day Care program are suspended. Transportation services will continue for grocery shopping and medical appointments.

Sterling House Community Center
All programming suspended, except food pantry.
Staff will be available M-F 9:00am-5:00pm if you have food,
funds or personal hygiene items you'd like to donate to those in need. Food
pantry will remain open Mondays 1:00-6:00pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays between
1:00 and 3:00pm.. There will be pre-packed bag service from the lobby or
outdoors depending on weather.
As of Friday, March 13, 2020, all programming is cancelled and the library will not be open to the public until further notice. During regular operating hours, Library staff are available to help via

online services and programs.
Effective March 16th, the YMCA will be temporarily closed. Health and wellness programs are offered online including activities for

The Lord’s Kitchen Community Supper will provide meals in to-go containers at the door instead of sit-down meals at Christ Episcopal Church.
Stratford Police Department
Fingerprinting service is
suspended until further notice. All child seat installments are postponed until
