Important Information About Recent H1N1 Vaccine Recalls Issued By the CDC:

*A non-safety related voluntary recall on certain lots of the MedImmune Intranasal vaccine has been issued by the CDC because of shortened shelf life. If you have received the intranasal vaccine from any location including the Stratford Health Department there is NO ACTION you need to take. *A non-safety related voluntary recall of Sanofi Pasteur H1N1 Pediatric pre-filled vaccine has been issued by the CDC. This recall does not affect any person that has received an H1N1 vaccination from the Stratford Health Department.
