Hello. I am the Emergency Management Director for the Town of Stratford. As you can see from the description of the animal population above, our town has a large animal population that I believe we need to be prepared to evacuate and shelter during a catastrophic event. The supplies listed below are accompanied by a website that is intended only as a descriptive point of reference to show the item needed only. We are not concerned where the items are purchased. We are only asking that if you can assist the Town of Stratford Animal Shelter we would appreciate that your donated equipment is comparable to the items we are displaying. The intention with this list is as we reach our goals on each item it will be removed form the list. The equipment will be stockpiled and prepared for emergency deployment. The equipment will be directly available to our Animal Control Officers at any time they have a need to use the donated equipment.
