02-14-08 Mayor James R. Miron, in conjunction with CARE (Citizens Addressing Racial Equity), recognized Black History Month through the issuing of a proclamation and the unveiling of the Town’s “Wall of Honor,” which recognized 12 Stratford residents, both living and deceased, that have made significant contributions to the Stratford community.
