9-18-07 Stratford's Senior Services at the Baldwin Center purchased a new van through a grant from the Department of Transportation. The van accommodates 12 passengers, is handicapped accessible and includes room for wheelchairs. This van replaces one that is being retired due to mileage and runs on diesel, which is energy efficient for city driving.
