09-13-07 Stephanie Alletzhauser, recently crowned Miss Stratford, met Mayor Miron and toured Town Hall. Stephanie, age 15, will be representing Stratford in the Miss Connecticut Teen America pageant. The pageant will be held over a three-day period, from November 30 - December 2, 2007 at the Sheraton Bradley Hotel. Similar to the Miss America pageant, the contestants compete in categories including modeling, formal wear, casual wear, swimwear, interview and talent. The winner of the Miss Connecticut Teen America will go on to compete in the Miss Teen America pageant in the spring of 2008 in Nashville, Tennessee. Stephanie is a sophomore at Bunnell High School.
